Corporate Design

Founded in 1972, the National Minority Supplier Development Council Inc.® (NMSDC®) is the longest-operating business growth engine for the broadest group of systematically excluded communities of color (Asian-Indian, Asian-Pacific, Black, Hispanic, and Native American), and thier impact goes far beyond supply chain.

My primary task as the Creative Manager was to design, develop and manage their websites, videos, photography, graphic design and social media assets to drive engagement, acquisition and retention. This included conceptualizing, writing, producing, shooting and editing best-in-class corporate video productions to support NMSDC’s digital engagement platform.

My role as a Creative Consultant consisted of C-Level collaboration and execution of design for powerful internal and external market communication. End-to-end on iconography, illustration, email/newsletter templates, and slide decks as well as development and all other collateral needs.

Morgan Stanley is an American multinational investment management and financial services company headquartered in Midtown Manhattan, New York City.

As a Graphic Designer for Morgan Stanley, I used Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and PowerPoint to create presentations incorporating information graphics, charts, metaphorical graphics, and diagrams. Responsibilities also included project management and communicating with internal clients (global bankers) in order to understand their concepts and interpret them visually. Presentations are frequently created in the brand of third party companies, so I would often shift gears and adapt to different brands/aesthetics. My ability to work quickly, handle stress and meet deadlines was key.
